Enjoy a five-course whiskey-tasting experience with amazing fall-centered dishes prepared by 1618 on Location. Dishes will be paired with whiskeys that complement the flavors of fall. The dinner will take place in The Pole Barn at Summerfield Farms, an open-air space.

Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a five-course meal, whiskey pairings, and gratuity.

Wine and more will be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.



There are two types of tickets for this dinner. Tables of 2 will be reserved separately and there is a limited amount.

Tables with more than 2 will purchase tickets individually. Please list the names of the guests you’d like to be seated with at checkout. We cannot accommodate tables for 2 in this category, and will instead be seated at community tables with other guests. Thank you for understanding.

Three: Fried Buttermilk Chicken Slider, Smoky Bacon Jam, Butter Lettuce, Sweet Potato Chips

  • Pairing: Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Four: Sliced Summerfield Farms’ Brisket, Creamy Pecorino Potato Cake, Spaghetti Squash, Apple Butter

  • Pairing: Michter’s US *1 Small Batch Bourbon

Five: Carrot Cake Souffle, Sea Salt Caramel, Chocolate Mousse

  • Pairing: Basil Hayden Dark Rye Whiskey
