Autumn Harvest Whiskey Dinner

Enjoy a five course whiskey tasting experience in The Pole Barn at Summerfield Farms with amazing fall-centered dishes prepared by 1618 on Location paired with whiskeys that complement the flavors of fall. Guests will be immersed in excellent food and knowledge of the five whiskeys they are tasting.

Wine & beer will be available for purchase.

 

MENU

appetizer: pâté, cheese, cranberry chutney, honey, baguette

course two: thai pumpkin curry, shrimp ball, jasmine rice, whiskey pork belly, mango

course three: summerfield farms jambalaya stuffed sweet potato, absinthe beurre blanc

course four: pan seared cold smoked salmon, aged cheddar brussels au gratin, maple pumpkin gastrique, salted pecan gremolata

course five: chocolate glazed apple ciambella, pumpkin caramel sauce

 

COVID-19 Note:

Max group size per table is 10 guests. For guests not attending as a group max table size will be 6 guests to allow for spacing. All staff will wear masks at all times unless speaking aloud. Guests are required to wear a mask at all times unless seated at their table.
