BLUE HIGHWAYS DINNER - OREGON

Get ready for another culinary adventure as we unveil the third dinner in our Blue Highways series! Circle June 15th on your calendar and meet us at the Barn at Summerfield Farms for an evening that transports you to the great state of Oregon.

The Blue Highways Dinners celebrate the scenic routes of our beloved state, inviting you to enjoy the journey itself—the breathtaking views, local gems, and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.

Our culinary journey takes you off the beaten path, with a fantastic selection of local wines that capture the essence of Oregon. We’re ditching the conventional maps and focusing on the authentic roots of these amazing drinks—an exploration of our heritage and traditions.

TICKETS & SEATING:

There are two types of tickets for this dinner. Tables for two will be reserved separately, and there is a limited amount.

Tables with more than two will purchase tickets individually. Please list the names of the guests you’d like to be seated with at checkout. We cannot accommodate tables for 2 in this category and will instead be seated at community tables with other guests. Thank you for understanding.

first course: aged tillamook cheddar and potato soup, smoked salmon, fresh dill

vegan + gluten-free: creamy potato soup, smoked shitakes, fresh dill

pairing: 2022 Johan Chardonnay

second course: pok pok wings

vegan + gluten-free: pok pok cauliflower

pairing: 2021 Johan Pet-Nat of Pinot Noir

third course: tortellini, dungeness crab ragout, mustard greens, crispy sage

vegan + gluten-free: roasted jackfruit ragout, penne, mustard greens, crispy sage

pairing: 2022 Bow & Arrow Willamette Pinot Noir

fourth course: Summerfield Farms beef tip stew, hazelnut picada, blueberry gastrique

vegan + gluten-free: butter bean stew & hazelnut picada, blueberry gastrique

pairing:2021 Johan Murmuration Red Blend

fifth course: blueberry marscapone cheesecake

vegan + gluten-free: blueberry cheesecake

pairing: 2022 Maloof L’eau Epicee Pet Nat
