Flavors of Lebanon Wine Dinner

Explore the wines of Lebanon at this five-course wine tasting experience in The Pole Barn at Summerfield Farms. This dinner will feature 5 courses with 5 wines.

The evening will begin on the outdoor patio of The Pole Barn for course one, then we’ll move to the inside of The Pole Barn for the remaining courses.

Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a 5 course meal, 5 wine pairings, and gratuity. Beer and more will be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.



This is the 12th and **FINAL** dinner in our Passport Wine Dinner Series for the 2021-2022 season. Past countries include: South Africa, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Japan, Australia, Greece, The United States and Argentina.

If you attended a previous dinner, please bring your passport book with you.

If you have not attended a previous dinner, you will receive a passport book at the dinner.

*You do not have to attend any other dinners in the series to attend this dinner.



There are two types of tickets for this dinner. Tables of 2 will be reserved separately and there is a limited amount.

Tables with more than 2 will purchase tickets individually. Please list the names of the guests you’d like to be seated with at checkout. We cannot accommodate tables for 2 in this category. Thank you for understanding.

***Guests purchasing the ticket type “Individual Tickets for Tables of More than 2” must attend as a group together. We do NOT seat guests with other parties, unless attending as a group.***



Wine pairings have been selected by our expert in-house Beverage Manager, Caren, who will be sharing all about the wines throughout the evening. All are indigenous varietals from Lebanon. Multiple wine regions in the country will be covered.

course 1: muhammara, hummus, labneh, pita cup

course 2: sayadieh

course 3: smoked chicken + pork shawarma, pickled onions, cucumber yogurt sauce, batata harra

course 4: summerfield farms beef kafta, cous cous, hummus, arugula, feta

course 5: lebanese bread pudding
