Enjoy a festive five course dinner paired with perfectly picked champagnes. The menu is crafted and prepared by the talented team at 1618 on Location. Guests will be immersed in excellent food and knowledge of champagne pairings.
Ticket includes gratuity for the evening AND a mini bottle of champagne for each guest to take home. Due to current mandates, the dinner must end no later than 11pm. We are starting at 7pm to give you plenty of time to get home before the ball drops.
We highly encourage gathering up a group of friends to create a table of 8. During checkout, there is a place to include the names of attendees you’d like to be seated with. We cannot accommodate groups of more than 8.

course one: sushi roll, smoked salmon tartar, tempura flakes
course two: roasted root vegetable curry, crispy potatoes
course three: confit cod tostada, refried black eye peas, country ham lardons, crispy “beak of rooster”
course four: summerfield farms flank steak pho, glass noodles, pickled strawberry, daikon cilantro carrot salad
course five: granny smith apple galette, champagne caramel, whipped topping
each course includes a cocktail (course 1) and champagne pairings (courses 2-5)
Guests are required to wear a mask at all times unless seated at their table.
Tables are spaced more than 6ft apart and capacity is limited.
Guests will not be seated with guests they do not know. Guests attending as a group may be seated together.
All staff will be wearing masks.
