ZERO PROOF DINNER AT SUMMERFIELD FARMS

Step into a world of flavor and wellness at Summerfield Farm’s first-ever Zero Proof Dinner hosted at The Barn on February 24th. Immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience as our experts at 1618 craft a sumptuous four-course meal featuring thoughtfully curated pairings—all without a drop of alcohol.

Elevate your dining experience with a symphony of flavors designed to tantalize your taste buds while embracing the refreshing concept of zero-proof pairings. Join us for an evening of delightful cuisine and conscious choices, where we redefine the boundaries of gourmet dining without compromising on taste or sophistication.

 

TICKETS & SEATING:

There are two types of tickets for this dinner. Tables for two will be reserved separately, and there is a limited amount.

Tables with more than two will purchase tickets individually. Please list the names of the guests you’d like to be seated with at checkout. We cannot accommodate tables for 2 in this category and will instead be seated at community tables with other guests. Thank you for understanding.

 

The Menu Crafted by the expert Chefs at 1618 On Location:

first course: compressed beet salad, watercress, goat cheese, shallots, fried pecans

vegan + gluten-free: compressed beet salad, watercress, shallots, fried pecans

pairing: Euphoric- Kin High Rhode, Lemon, Raspberry, Honey & Fizz

 

second course: jerk rubbed pork stuffed rainbow chard, red beans and rice, pepper relish, mango coulis

vegan + gluten-free: jerk rubbed jackfruit stuffed rainbow chard, red beans and rice, pepper relish, mango coulis

pairing: These Ol’ Bones- Turmeric Ginger Lemonade

 

third course: Summerfield Farms country fried steak, scalloped potatoes, braised carrots, onion gravy

vegan + gluten-free: country fried portabella mushroom, scalloped potatoes, braised carrots, onion gravy

pairing: GTS living Mushroom Elixier- Root Beer

 

fourth course: chocolate torte, tahini, caramel

vegan + gluten-free: vegan chocolate torte, tahini

pairing: With a Twist- Seedlip Garden 108, Pineapple, Fennel, Honey, & Citrus
