Autumn Harvest Whiskey Dinner

Enjoy a five course whiskey tasting experience with amazing fall-centered dishes prepared by 1618 on Location. Dishes will be paired with whiskeys that complement the flavors of fall. The dinner will take place in The Pole Barn at Summerfield Farms, an open-air space. Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a five course meal, whiskey pairings, and gratuity. Wine and more will be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar.

SEATING:

Groups of 5 or more are highly encouraged. Gather your friends for this fun occasion! At checkout, it will ask if there are others you’d like to be seated with and we will make sure to seat you with those folks. We will be accepting a limited number of groups with less than 5.

Wanderlust Boards will lead a fun and creative Autumn themed workshop at The Back Porch on Sunday, September 26 – the first weekend of fall!! Make your own board during the class then enjoy it on the farm or take it home with you! Each attendee requires a ticket and tickets cover everything needed to create your board. Included board is a round disposable plate but unique wood boards are available for upgrade at the class. Grab a drink nearby at The Well Truck before or after class. The class will last about 1 hour.

Fall Cookie Decorating Workshop

Sweeter by The Batch will lead a festive and fun fall themed cookie decorating workshop at The Back Porch on Sunday, October 3. Decorate your cookies then enjoy them on the farm or take them home with you! The Well Truck will be open nearby to grab a delicious drink before or after class.

About the class:

The class will take place outdoors at The Back Porch, near The Well Truck & The Market. Each attendee requires a ticket and tickets cover everything needed to decorate your cookies. The workshop will last about 1 hour.

Enjoy a five course wine tasting experience with unique South African cuisine. The dinner will take place in The Barn at Summerfield Farms.

Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a five course meal, wine pairings, and gratuity.

WINES:

Wine parings have been selected by Elephants Corner owner, Andy, and Summerfield Farms Beverage Mixolgist, Caren. Both will be onsite at the dinner sharing about the wines from 3 different wineries in South Africa.

course 2: charred chicken bunny chow

course 3: kaapse kerrievis, baguette

course 4: sf bobotie, sultana rice, coconut sambal sauce, blatgang

course 5: meskouta, chocolate mousse, cherry compote

Masks will be required at all times unless seated. If this changes, we will make an announcement.

Guests will not be seated with other guests they are not attending with.
