ORDERING BEEF IN BULK
Buying beef in half and whole increments represents wholesale pricing and is the best value offered to the marketplace. When you place your order, we will provide you with an approximate date for your animal to be humanely harvested.
A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your portion. Your deposit will be deducted from your total invoice at settlement. Usually it will take 3-4 weeks from the time you submit a deposit to the time it is available for pickup.
When the steer goes to the processor, we will call you to get your instructions for how you want your beef cut. We are more than willing to help you in selecting the right cuts for your family needs.
The beef will then dry-age to perfection in a climate controlled cooler for at least two weeks. Next, the beef is cut, vacuum packaged and flash-frozen. Your order will be ready for pickup about 3-4 weeks after the date the animal went to the processor.
