VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS

Through our hands-on programs, student volunteers discover the wonders of nature, explore ecological interconnections, practice appropriate land stewardship, and master sustainable agriculture techniques. Our farm provides the freshest possible organic vegetables and herbs for hundreds of folks from Summerfield and beyond each year. Summerfield Farms practices organic gardening and we have Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification.

Storytime, crafts, and animal meet and greets!

Children ages 2-5 are invited to Farm Friday with our favorite animal friends at Summerfield Farms! Kiddos will partake in a craft, storytime with the animals, get photos with them and learn educational facts about each of our friends. This event will take place in our heated Animal Barn for maximum comfort during the event!

Each Farm Friday (January 19, February 16, March 15) will feature a different animal group, so each month will be a new and exciting animal adventure!

Sibling tickets are available for purchase at checkout.

Please note: A parent or guardian is required to stay onsite with the child during the event.

*We do ask that the number of adult guests attending with the child is limited to prevent overcrowding.

Get ready for another culinary adventure as we unveil the second dinner in our Blue Highways series! Circle March 22nd on your calendar and meet us at the Barn at Summerfield Farms for an evening that transports you to the stunning landscapes of Washington State.

The Blue Highways Dinners celebrate the scenic routes of our beloved state, inviting you to enjoy the journey itself—the breathtaking views, local gems, and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.

Our culinary journey takes you off the beaten path with a fantastic selection of local wines that capture the essence of Washington. We’re ditching the conventional maps and focusing on the authentic roots of these amazing drinks—an exploration of our heritage and traditions.

TICKETS & SEATING:

There are two types of tickets for this dinner. Tables for two will be reserved separately, and there is a limited amount.

Tables with more than two will purchase tickets individually. Please list the names of the guests you’d like to be seated with at checkout. We cannot accommodate tables for 2 in this category and will instead be seated at community tables with other guests. Thank you for understanding.

Food allergies? 1618 can accommodate serious food allergies and accommodations. During registration, there will be a spot to list your request.

Capacity is limited! Ages 21+ only. No outside food or beverage.
