Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with our mouthwatering Game Day Ready Steak Crostini recipe! It showcases our premium 100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished beef, complemented by our delectable basil and garlic-infused goat cheese, zesty blackberry jalapeño jam, and a touch of sea salt to bring all the flavors together.⁠

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION – STEAK CROSTINI

  1. Once the steak comes to room temperature, pat it dry with a clean paper towel and season it generously with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Bring a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of Ghee. Swirl to coat the pan.
  3. Add the steak to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 125-130 degrees F for a medium-rare or 140 degrees F for a medium steak.
  4. Once the steak has reached your desired temperature, remove it and let it rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice the steak.
  5. Add some basil and garlic goat cheese to a piece of crostini. Place a slice of steak and a dollop of blackberry jalapeño jam on top. Sprinkle with a bit of extra kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Summerfield Farms’ 100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 bag of Camino Bakery’s crostini
  • 5 oz Goat Lady Dairy - Basil & Garlic Goat Cheese Chevre Log
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Summerfield Farms’ blackberry jalapeño artesian jam

Instructions
