It’s a crowd-pleasing meal that feels special but comes together easily — perfect for weeknights, gatherings, or make-ahead dinners.
Simple ingredients. Quality beef. Real comfort.
WHY USE TWO GROUND BEEF BLENDS?
Better Flavor, Better Texture
Combining ancestral blend with traditional ground beef creates meatballs that are deeply flavorful while staying tender and juicy. The ancestral blend adds richness, while ground beef provides structure.
This balance gives you meatballs that hold their shape while staying soft — exactly what you want for pasta dishes.
Our ground beef comes from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle, raised intentionally for clean flavor and nutrient-dense meals.

1. Can I make these ahead?
Yes — meatballs store and freeze very well. 2. Can I pan-sear instead of bake?
You can, but baking is easier and more consistent for large batches. 3. Can I use another pasta?
Absolutely — fettuccine, penne, or rigatoni work great. 4. How do I reheat?
Reheat gently with a splash of cream or pasta water.
