TIPS FOR THE PERFECT STIR FRY

There’s nothing more defeating than coming home after a long day and having nothing planned for dinner until you discover our insanely easy Summerfield Farms Simple Stir Fry recipe!

  • High Heat: Use a hot pan or wok and cook the stir fry quickly to preserve the veggie’s vibrant colors and crisp texture.
  • Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Cook the ingredients in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan, which can lead to steaming instead of stir frying.
  • Fresh Ingredients: Opt for fresh, seasonal produce for the best flavor and nutritional value.

GET CREATIVE – USE INGREDIENTS YOU HAVE ON HAND

The best thing about our Simple Stir Fry recipe is its versatility. This meal is DELICIOUS, and it’s also a great starter dish!

Ways to Serve Summerfield Farms Simple Stir Fry:

  1. How to Serve: Wrap your stir fry mixture in a burrito or serve it over rice. You could try them with our Pure Traditions Noodle Revolution—Ramen-Style Noodles.
  2. Veggie Substitutions: Switch out the veggies with what you have on hand! This is a great recipe to use up those veggies that are going bad that you promised yourself you’d eat by the end of the week. Some great options are mushrooms, broccoli, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, green onions, etc.
  3. Meat Options: While flank steak is the most popular stir fry option, you can substitute sirloin steak, skirt steak, or bottom chuck steak. You can skip the meat altogether and load up on extra veggies or add tofu for a plant-based protein boost.
  4. Flavor Variations: Kick up the heat by adding sliced chili peppers or a drizzle of sriracha. For a tropical flair, you can incorporate pineapple chunks and a splash of juice into the sauce.
